Up in the Air with Knuckle Head

Monday 4th October (USA - 5.30pm/ Sydney - 11.30am Tue)

Hi yall sorry for not updating my blogg we have not had internet for a few days.

We are currently in Las Vegas. We had only just checked in to the Planet Hollywood Hotel and had just come out of our room around 9.30pm to go and get dinner and we had our first security alert. Right outside our room was the Hotel Security Man and he was looking for a Naked Women that was meant to be running around our floor. Dad offered to help look but the security man said he would take this one for the team.

Day 2 in LV we had breakfast in this big Buffett and stuffed ourselves silly. We then went and looked at a few things on the strip including M&M's World and watched a 3d movie, MGM Grand and looked at the lions, New York New York and then out to the outlet shops. Rhys has visited every bathroom in Vegas. To finish the day we were given tickets to see Human Nature by Megans cousin Sharryn. It was fun and Sharryn's husband is their drummer and at the end of the show he gave me his drum sticks. I also got to meet the guys when they signed our CD.

Day 3 in LV we woke up very early to go out to the Grand Canyon. We flew on a small 21 seater plane it was smooth on the way in and when we got there after 1 hour it started pooring and hailing then we got the bus back to the little airport we ended up waiting 3 hours longer then we should of to fly back. The flight back was bumpy and made me feel a little sick. I was also starving as we had not had lunch and it was around 4pm.

Anyway off to look at the lights tonight and maybe get into a game of poker. Talk to you later

Day 8, 9 & 10

Sunday

On sunday we went to Venice Beach and Santa Monica Pier. When we got there something weird happend it was that some moterbikes parked in the wrong spot and a clown jumped out of the car that was waiting in front of us to park in the spot. The clown got mad at the bikies and we thought it was going to get crazy. Sunday was very hot and dad made us walk from the pier to Venice Beach. It took ages. We had lunch there and then we watched the Skate Boarders at the skate park. They were unreal.

Monday

This was our last day at Disneyland and it was the hottest day on record in LA at 113f (45c). We spent the day going back to all the rides that everyone liked the most. I then even went with mum and dad on California Screamin which is the newest and largest roller coaster with a loop at Disneyland. I ended up going on this 3 times in a row. I also rode the Tower of Terror.

Tuesday

Today we went to Hollywood and looked at Stars and Hand Prints of the famous people outside Grumans Chinese Theatre. We saw a lot of freaks including a man in a bikini and high heels. We then drove up to the Hollywood Sign and through Rodeo Drive were dad was yelling out G'day to everyone. We also cruised along Sunset Blvd. It was an interesting area.

Day 6 & 7 - Disneyland (USA Sunday 10am/ Sydney Monday 3am)

Hi yall

Over the past few days we have been at Disneyland. On Friday we spent 14hrs there and finished the night watching the World of Colour Water Light Show. It was great what I could see and Mum and Dad told me what I couldnt see was also excellent.

We got to go on the Indiana Jones Ride yesterday. It was fun but a little scary in the dark sections. We also spent time in California Adventure Park in Disneyland. We rode Mulholland Madness Rollercoaster with Mum, Grannie and Rhys. We also went on the swinging chairs. Mum, Dad and Grannie went on the California Screaming Roller Coaster but this was way to fast for me. I might try before we go though.

We watched a bugs life 4d movie which was unreal. Termite sprayed acid on us and the bugs sprayed us with fly spray so we could see how it feels. We also got to talk with Crush from Nemo. He said we were in a human tank Dude. Cha!!!!

I did a thing that lets you know what character you are most like and I was like Tarzan. Mum is apparently the Wicked Witch hehehehe. We have also learnt to draw Minnie Mouse and Grumpy in a Disney Sketch Workshop. I want to hopefully get to draw Goofy before we leave.

Anyway about to go to Venice Beach for the day so I will speak to yall soon.

Yesterday we went to San Diego Sea World. This was a long way on the bus about a 2 hr drive from our motel. We had fun and went on the Rapids ride two times in a row. Rhys got absolutely drenched. We also went on Wild Artic which was a Helicopter Simulator. We watched Blue Horizon Dolphin Show, Shamu Killer Whale and the Seal Show.

Today we went to Disneyland. This was fantatsic. I got to do Jedi Training and battle with Darth Maul. This was unreal. I graduated training as a Jedi. We also went on heaps of rides like Space Mountain, Astro Orbitor and the Matterhorn Bobsleds.

Tomorrow we are going back in to California Adventure.
